Account Manager – Global Indirect Sales

Who You Are:
You are a highly motivated sales professional who enjoys managing wide-ranging commercial responsibilities over a global agent sales network particularly emerging markets. You will have displayed the skills needed to work across a range of different territories and markets, and will relish the challenge to build and develop relationships with entrepreneurial business owners and their employees.

Your primary objective is to grow revenues, by aligning our partners’ market penetration, profile and positioning with Getty Images’ overall strategy. With a proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets, you are driven to succeed and demonstrate consistent accountability, delivering and managing your business. You will have a strong business awareness and the ability to analyse, plan and work effectively with Getty Images’ agent network at a senior level to achieve agreed commercial objectives. International sales related experience would be preferred; however, we are open to hearing from great sales people from any industry

Your Next Challenge:
Manage and drive revenue results across Getty Images’ Indirect partner network in Emerging markets

Work closely with partners to ensure quarterly and annual objectives are met and evangelize the full product and services portfolio

Coordinate the completion of accurate, relevant sales reports to senior management on a timely basis

Introduce and drive new products and services within the Indirect partner network

Execute on strategic initiatives and projects together Getty Images management

Work cross-functionally with key partners, especially in marketing, product, finance, technology, legal and sales operations

Stay abreast of current conditions and trends among clients and the industry in Getty Images Indirect market, and adjust priorities accordingly

What You'll Need:
Expertise in direct sales and account mangement with key accounts in multiple territories (emerging makets preferred)

Strong communication, negotiation, presentation and proposal development skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships via telephone, email and in-person

Proven track record in achieving and exceeding revenue based targets

Proven ability to manage & organize multiple account priorities and work across multi-country accounts considering differing time-zones, currency, market conditions and cultures

Analytical and sales reporting capabilities across multiple currencies

High level of maturity and the confidence and credibility to partner with entrepreneurs and business owners

Demonstrated ability to work in an environment of change

Ability to work and thrive in a team-based environment

Proficient knowledge of all CRM, MS Office tools and relevant software applications
