Training Scheme to Become a Civil Engineering Recruiter!
My client, a multidisciplinary Recruitment organisation are
looking for a unique individual to work within their Civil Engineering team!
They pride themselves in offering a unique recruitment
solution to their clients within the Construction, Property and Engineering sectors, and
maintain an effective working relationship with between their candidates and clients, and
manage the day to day challenges involves in this specialist market!
You would be trained as a full 360 recruitment consultant
from day one. There is a lot to learn, and our client will ensure that you not
only know the ins and outs of recruitment as a whole, but that you also become
a master in your given field.
There will be a heavy amount of cold calling involved in the
role – this is not for the faint hearted!
Currently, our client are recruiting for a number of different disciplines, however they have an immediate requirement on their Civil Engineering/Construction desk. This is a high end market, not your average construction role! So naturally, this means large salaries and ultimately
more commission for you!
Based in a HOT location in Central London, our client has a buzzing atmosphere, team environment and a lot of other perks along the way!
You’ll be offered a basic salary between £18,000 to £20,000.
Given the market, on top of this basic salary you can also earn between
£35-£45k in your first year in commission!
Not only will you receive a competitive salary package, you
will also be open to a number of other incentives. These include: Monthly
President’s Club for those who hit target and a Quarterly incentive towards a

To be successful, you will be:
• Ideally you will be recent graduate with a 2:1
or 1st in a relevant field. An Engineering Degree would
be most advantageous, but not essential.
•Sales: The role itself will be heavily sales
focused, and you must be able to demonstrate a history of working to sales.
Telesales, telemarketing/market research, fundraising, D2D sales etc. Minimum of 6 months experience.
•You must be able to demonstrate or give examples
of entrepreneurial spirit. As a child were you the one selling sweets to your
friends in the playground for extra pocket money?
•Competitive – do you have a record of excelling
