Full time Administration Clerk required for established company in Ilford Essex

Monday to Friday 9am to 5.00pm 1 hour Lunch (unpaid)

Full Time Permanent

The position will involve

Consolidating engineers job sheets

Raising Sales invoices and credit notes

Dealing with customers invoice queries

Credit Control

Sending copy job sheets by e-mail, fax and post

Answering the phone and filing invoices

Covering for other members of staff when on holiday

Other ad hoc duties when required.

Good level of both verbal and written communications skills

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook & Excel)
