Trial Balance Consulting are the market leaders in Cornwall, Devon & Somerset for practice based accountancy recruitment. In 2011 we assisted in the placement of 87 experienced candidates with 39 firms from our portfolio of more than 100 practices operating within the region. We act as preferred supplier (both formally and informally) to clients of varying sizes to include Big 4, top 50 and other large/well established regional firms as well as Sole Practitioners and smaller partnered practices. Our reputation has grown rapidly and our very loyal following amongst our clients and candidates is typically based upon recommendation and word-of-mouth.
We naturally hope to replicate our successes of 2011 for the year to come and are keen to speak with individuals who possess a minimum of 12 months of practice based exposure. Our clients predominantly contact us with a view to sourcing candidates operating in the following disciplines:
