Ibell Cowlin are working in partnership with a leading logistic provider that are seeking an experience Customer Service Representative to join their small team. The customer service team is responsible for taking ownership of any requests until resolution, working closely with stores, Logistics team and other functions to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction are maintained at all times.
Main duties will involve:
Receiving inbound customer and store calls, faxes, CRM cases and e-mails within response and resolution times.
Follow processes for resolving issues, including, but not limited to, complaints, recoveries, warranty claims, insurance claims, and first level technical enquiries.
Take ownership for any issues that arise, taking time to log them accurately in the CRM database.
Attend training courses, and customer visits, when required, and actively participate in any initiative to improve the level of customer service
Carry out other customer-related tasks, as requested by a supervisor or manager, for example outbound calling campaigns, backorder management
The successful candidate will have:
Previous hands on Customer Service experience in a small team environment
Excellent communication and problem solving skills
Good organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
Previous experience of dealing with deliveries and stock orders
Due to the location of the client site you will need your own transport. In return the salary package on offer includes £18K basic salary, 22 days holiday, onsite parking and a rewarding career.
