Job Title: Engineering Manager
Location: Derbyshire
Salary: to £55k plus car allowance, bonus and benefits

 Have you experience of managing Engineering in a unionised manufacturing facility?

Role:
 Reporting to the Factory General Manager, this role sits on the siteÂs senior management team and is responsible for the Engineering department within the manufacturing facility.
 The Engineering department consists of Project Engineers, Engineering Planning & Stores and a multi-skilled Maintenance team.
 You will be responsible for the budgets for labour & materials, as well as capital expenditure.
 You will develop and deliver a cost effective Asset Care system for the site.
 You will deliver engineering strategy development in areas such as lean manufacturing, TPM, 5S.
