A well established and successful luxury gift and toiletries company based in central London, whose products are sold in different retail outlets including major department stores, garden centres and gift shops in the UK as well as all over the world, are recruiting for an efficient and flexible Office Assistant to support the Office Manager to ensure the smooth running of the office and carry out duties for the Senior Management and Sales Team. The person must have excellent MS Excel & PowerPoint skills – advanced level. Immediate start required.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Answering the phones
• Reception duties / meeting and greeting
• Dealing with post (incoming and outgoing) - overseeing couriers / deliveries
• Banking and Petty Cash
• Meeting room coordination
• Ordering stationery and office supplies
• Completing sample requests
• Maintaining Website samples
• Processing of internet orders
• Organising travel arrangements
• Unpacking sample deliveries
• Creating PowerPoint presentations (advanced MS PowerPoint is essential)
• Updating and amending Excel spreadsheets on a regular basis (advanced MS Excel is essential)
• Housekeeping and any other general admin duties as required
