LOCATION: Hull, Beverley, Driffield, York, Goole, Grimsby
SALARY AND BENEFITS: £30,000 - £35,000 & Pension

YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
Previous experience in a similar role.
Proven track record of working at operational level
Strong relationship building and ability to communicate at all levels in a fast paced environment
Will have confidence, assertive nature and will challenge when required
Ability to demonstrate the ability to influence
To embrace change and Innovation
Have excellent people skills
CIPD Qualified
IDEALLY YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
Experience of working in a commercial environment
Experience in a sales and marketing environment advantageous
Able to travel occasional within UK and Ireland
ROLE INFORMATION:
Recruitment and Selection
To influence, mentor and coach managers in the use of policies, procedures and legislation
Participate with special projects
To support with disciplinary, grievance, disputes etc
To work within internal and external experts on international assignments
