currently looking for someone to sit within the Workforce
Management part of their business. This part of the company offers
clients total employment management solutions through a modular
approach. Their business covers areas such as HR consultancy,
workforce management, insourcing, talent management and payroll and
administration.

of technical expertise and sales drive.
The Role – Graduate Account Manager
They are currently looking for 1 graduate to join the sales team as
an Account Manager. The role will be to target SMEs and business
owners and directors within these organisations to position our
client`s services and solutions. The role will involve supporting
the marketing strategy to generate leads and build upon the
database of prospects. The first objective will be to build brand
awareness, analyse competitors and the market and following from
this, create and manage accounts.
You will play an integral role in growing sales to achieve the
desired market position of the organisation. The role will
initially involve focusing on e-marketing campaigns to gain
meetings for the senior sales executives. This will involve
researching organisations and proactively generating meetings you
will also attend. You will be trained and developed to telephone
prospect and consultatively sell face to face.
