Our client is a leading financial services firm who has been established for almost 20 years. They have emerged as a market leader and has always looked to expand by offering new financial services to keep growth up. They offer everything from Bank accounts, insurance, credit cards, loans, Debt Management etc.
They are now looking for 8 insurance advisors to call existing customers who use the services our client offers. You will be explaining the insurance products that they offer which are the best on the market.
Applicants must have 6 months experience in a call centre environment and must have worked to strict targets.
The role:
Calling EXISTING customers regarding the products and services the customer is using with the business
Managing any queries or concerns the customer may have
Explaining to the client about an insurance policy which is the best on the market
If they are interested, you will pass the customer through to the sales team to set up the insurance policy for the customer
Person Specification:
Minimum 6 months experience in a telephone based role
Minimum 6 months experience working in sales
Experience of working towards targets
Friendly but competitive working attitude
