As a Kitchen and Bathroom Advisor your job is to meet our customers with a smile. To our kitchen and bathroom customers you are the face of Wickes and the first person they’ll speak to. You’ll be naturally outgoing, eternally optimistic and have no problem striking up conversations and establishing relationships with people. To us it’s not important that you’ve never worked in this industry or type of role before. What does matter is that you have been through the process of buying a kitchen or bathroom and can relate your experiences of using your kitchen and bathroom - cooking, cleaning, storing products etc.
So what does a Wickes Kitchen and Bathroom Advisor do ?
The most important thing that you’ll do is talk passionately with our customers, inspiring and exciting them about all Wickes has to offer. You’ll use your excellent listening skills to full advantage to gain an in-depth understanding of customers’ wants and needs. Using this knowledge you’ll guide customers through our stylish ranges, demonstrating relevant products and innovative design solutions.
