A busy and vibrant gastro styled pub with a great reputation and roaring trade.

Job Description:
We are seeking a Sous Chef that will be able to support the Head Chef with the day to day running of the kitchen. The establishment prides itself on using all fresh produce, with ingredients being sourced locally to go with their seasonal menus. The Sous Chef will be responsible for overseeing functions, ordering of stock, ensuring all health and hygiene procedures are being implemented. The kitchen holds a small team so organization plays a key part within this role.

Job Requirements:
We are seeking a Sous Chef that has a strong background working with fresh ingredients and able to work on all sections within the kitchen. The Sous Chef must be able to deliver a consistently high standard of produce whilst working under pressure. Experience working on all sections within the kitchen is essential. The Sous Chef must be competent in food costing and strong with menu planning.
