We are one of the world’s largest outsourced contact centre operations and we have a great team in Kingston Upon Thames that is dedicated to supporting the world’s leading online travel provider.
You will represent and encourage a continuous improvement culture and be responsible for Lean/Six Sigma projects that increase client/customer satisfaction, eliminate re-work, increase revenues and save cost. This is a hands-on role where you’ll identify, track and manage project tasks, disseminate information, mitigate project risk and ensure that the overall project solution is of acceptable quality.
Furthermore, you’ll proactively manage the scope to ensure delivery of projects according to agreed brief, and define and collate the measurement metrics whilst managing the overall work plan.
Ideally degree qualified, you’ll have contact centre experience at management and you will have used Lean/Six Sigma. You’ll have exceptional analytical and project management skills with the ability to resolve problems and present dynamic business solutions. With excellent presentation, organisation and communication skills, you’ll have the desire to make a difference and drive change. It will be an advantage if you are Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certified.
