This is a Part time, Fixed term post over four days.

Key Purpose of Post

The Project Administrator will provide administrative support for the Help to Work Plus project in Chesterfield and Bolsover. The post holder will ensure a comprehensive and detailed audit trail for associated activities. A key deliverable will be the dissemination of relevant and timely information.

This role requires a person that is highly organised and who has good administrative skills to ensure that this project runs smoothly and efficiently.

Technical competency (qualifications and training)

Experience

Experience in providing general administration support. (E)

Experience in managing event calendars, meetings and events. (E)

Experience in organising travel itineraries and project meetings. (E)

Experience of using Desk Top publishing software or similar. (E)

Experience in the use of Databases. (D)

Skills and Attributes

Good organisational and administrative skills. (E)

Must have strong IS skills. (E)

Excellent organisational skills, ability to prioritise and carry out multiple tasks.
