The purpose of this job is to provide a front line interface with the customer to sell and/ or service for our Auto Windshields Business.
To provide a professional, high quality complaint/query handling service to AA customers.
Processing and resolution of correspondence from customers, members and third parties.
Accurate recording of the root causes of complaints and customer queries.
To work annualised hours on a rotating shift pattern (will include weekends and some bank holidays)
Good standard of education.
Good keyboard skills.
You will be expected to take on responsibility and display the ability to carry out instructions effectively, whilst paying attention to detail and achieving your objectives within set time scales.
