MVPs client has a number of positions available for Warehouse Team Managers to be based at their fast moving distribution centre.
The Team manager will be responsible for the management of a team of warehouse operatives working within goods in, pick and loading. A large part of the role will involve coaching, developing and motivating these team members.
Successful candidates will have a proven track record in warehouse management and must be able to work in a fast paced, constantly changing environment, dedicated to best practice and continuous improvement.
The distribution centre is open 24/7 and will operate a variety of shift patterns.
