Based from one of their UK sites in South Wales, as HR Manager, you will work with the business unit and functional team to improve business performance in line with the provision of a comprehensive HR Service.
Reporting to the HR Director and with the direct management responsibility of a team of two we are expecting that you will be an experienced HR Manager looking to continue your development in an ambitious and growing company. You will enjoy the management of all aspects of operational HR and as a generalist you will be able to provide proactive support on a range of HR issues such as reward, employee relations, performance, organisational development, culture and leadership.
As an active member of the HR Operations Management Team, you will also contribute to projects that impact across the Company, sharing good practice with colleagues
In terms of character, you will be resilient, engaging and agile and have the clear ability to manage and influence key stakeholders.To succeed in this role, you must demonstrate a strong working knowledge of international HR management and in particular you must have expeirence of working in a HR capcity in the Middle East.
