I am currently recruiting for an Interim Manager to manage a large service for Residents with LD and MH. The role is to last between 6-18 months depending on the success of the interim manager.
The successful candidate will hold either a RMN or RNLD qualification as well as a registered manager award.
I am looking for a strong character that has a strong managerial background and a track record of success. The manager must have excellent clinical skills but also a sound knowledge of CQC requirements.
