Glyndebourne Education is looking for an experienced administrator with excellent multi-tasking and customer service skills to provide general support to the office as well as taking responsibility for DBS checks, education content for the website and intranet and the Education mailbox. You should have previous office administration experience including the use of a CRM system together with excellent MS Office and web technology skills. An interest or previous experience in arts education would be an advantage.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities
  • To organise the day to day running of the Education Department, to include dealing with post, telephone enquiries, filing and archiving
  • To support the Head of Education in all aspects of running the department
  • Distribute and follow-up all contracts issued by the Head of Education and Education Projects Managers
  • Collate information relating to the running budget, processing, filing invoices and reporting using PS Financials
  • Administrate the Disclosure Process (part of Glyndebourne Child Protection and Vulnerable Adults Policy)
  • Organise meetings as required and take minutes
  • Oversee the Education content of the Glyndebourne Website and intranet, ensuring project managers and coordinator supply up to date and relevant information
  • Manage the education department mailbox by forwarding and responding to emails as appropriate
  • Carry out on site admin for the work experience placements in collaboration with the Head of Education
