Programme Executive - Enterprise
The Prince's Trust - Nottingham
The Prince's Trust in the
East Midlands as a result
of part funding given to us
by the European Regional
Development Fund (ERDF), is
seeking to recruit 6 new
members of staff to deliver
our Enterprise Programme
across the region. These
enterprise focused direct
delivery posts will require
individuals who can relate
to unemployed young people
who are exploring the
option of starting a
business.

The Enterprise programme
supports unemployed young
people who are aged 18-30
to work out whether self
employment is right for
them, to help them test
their ideas, write plans
and start a business or
achieve alternative goals
in employment, education,
training or voluntary
work.

It is the Programme
Executive's responsibility
to deliver the Enterprise
programme in line with
KPI's or targets. This
includes delivering direct
to young people through
Information Sessions and
the Explore Enterprise
programme. This role
primarily focuses on
supporting the young people
in business planning and
preparing them for the
Business Launch group, with
a clear focus on business
start-ups.

You will possess excellent
interpersonal, written,
verbal communication and IT
skills. An ability to work
with a wide range of
external and internal
customers and referral
agencies along with
excellent planning and
organisational skills are
essential. A driving
licence is required as you
will be regularly
travelling to meet young
entrepreneurs and attend
other meetings.
