The Role
A great role that incorporates general administration and reception duties for our successful client. Covering reception and switchboard, fielding phone calls, taking messages, arranging couriers, sorting distributing post, managing high level travel arrangements, booking flights, taxis, car hire and hotels internationally often at short notice, upkeeping the travel calender, booking the meeting and conference rooms, ordering the online office supplies twice weekly and distributing the goods, maintaining the stationary stock, liaising with the building services company with regards any problems relating to the office.
The Candidate
Previous office experience is essential, coupled with the ability to produce accurately.

Excellent verbal and communication skills are a must have as is a cheerful, bright and enthusiastic approach.
A fluctuating workload that requires a pro active individual.
