Two opportunities exist to join Wood Group’s expanding legal department based at its worldwide headquarters in Aberdeen. The successful candidates will be offered an exciting opportunity to develop their careers working with a hugely varied range of the Group’s international businesses. These positions are ideally suited for an English or Scottish qualified lawyer. International travel may be required, a competitive remuneration package is offered and consideration will be given for relocation
An experienced corporate lawyer is sought with a particular interest in transactional business. Oil & Gas industry expertise is not essential but may be an advantage. The successful candidate will have extensive experience of mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures with a multi-jurisdictional dimension and a desire to develop his/her career in a dynamic legal environment focussed on business growth.
