An exciting opportunity has arisen to work for Lusso, our specialist division providing the very finest food and service standards to exciting clients in the city of London and beyond. Services include fine dining, hospitality and bespoke staff catering.
Salary/Hourly Rate: £40,000 per annum
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week as required.
Contract Type: Grade 2 Unit Manager, B&I Site

To oversee the retail catering of this busy site. You will oversee Retail Supervisor; duty managers work with Exec Chef and the Head Chef in ON3 as well the front of house staff.
High quality restaurant and café. Must have keen eye, c ommercial approach, able to train and instill good customer service.
Manage a p&l produce weekly reports and monthly financial accounts to present at client meetings.
Good marketing and innovation skills and able to think outside the box. Must be able to manage and motivate a large team and be flexible in your approach to work. Manage a profit & loss account to return a Gross Profit and reduced client subsidy.
