To prepare and present food in all areas of the kitchen as per the specifications and rosette standards set out by the head chef ensuring to exceed customer expectations. Daily task will also include stock rotation, organising food deliveries, adhering to food hygiene regulations and set cleanliness standards, inputting ideas for menu planning, and liaising with the Chef de Partie on all aspects thereby advancing your training/knowledge of all areas of the kitchen.
