We are looking to recruit an ambitious Service / Operations Manager for our Fire Extinguisher Division based in Tottenham
The key focus of the role is to ensure customers are serviced on time, to the highest standards - particularly relevant British Standards, by the most professional Service Engineers, to ensure that stores and delivery function effectively and efficiently to support this, ensuring that Branch sales and service revenue, profit and customer loyalty targets are reached or exceeded by delivering the highest possible standards of service to customers.
The successful candidate must have proven experience of coaching and managing field based service teams, a high level of IT literacy, strong analytical skills and excellent organisational abilities
You will also display strong motivational and leadership skills with a hands on management style and be a confident and effective communicator.
Ideally you will possess knowledge of Portable Fire Products and Services (ideally BAFE or FETA trained)or allied Fire & Security industry experience
