A Whiting and Hammond kitchen is very busy and can sometimes be very demanding but the team works together to ensure dishes are delivered to standard and you will gain a real in depth understanding of what it takes to run a busy kitchen effectively. Throughout the completion of your apprenticeship you will gain real-life, hands on work experience in a vibrant and innovative kitchen environment.

The apprenticeship programme is being rolled out across all 7 Whiting and Hammond sites simultaneously. The apprenticeship will involve group training sessions, mentoring and support from the team at both a site and strategic level.

The salary for the position is per week based on 35 hours at £4 per hour.

The Cleaning and Support Services NVQ course recognises the skills and knowledge that are required to clean in a broad range of situations effectively and safely.
