We are working with a nationally renowned charity that provides advice and guidance and a national voice for those marginalised by society.
Due to an increasing workload and in order to manage HR processes and matters more effectively, the charity is looking to employ an experienced HR Manager to support the HR Business Partner and Locality Managers in the Norwich region.
The role will give the post holder the opportunity to lead in areas such as recruitment and exits and contribute towards the development of the locality HR Team. You will also need to provide expertise and capability in regards to HR matters and provide support for HR issues to managers and employees.
Interested candidates will need at least two years experience in a similar HR Management role, experience of managing change programmes and/or projects and an understanding of HR legal and regulatory environments.
