BRC Social Housing are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Support Worker for a Supported Housing Provider in somerset.
We currently have a temporary role for one of our key clients in Somerset.
The role is to support the staff team to deliver the best possible service for clients with the overall aim of promoting independence, and preventing homelessness and social exclusion by developing good practice.
You will also be required to carry a caseload of customers and work with each individual to deliver the best possible outcomes.
Working with the Service Manager in assisting to supervise staff and volunteers.
Assist in the day-to-day running of the service, and to provide cover in the absence of the Manager.
It is essential that you have experience of working in supported housing for a Local Authority or Housing Association, have an Enhanced CRB taken within the last 12 months, experience of managing staff and access to your own vehicle for work.
This role is initially for 3 months, however it could be extended after this period.
