We are currently looking for an administrator to work in our customer services department on a 3 month fixed term contract. You will be based in our office in Bexhill. You will be required to work full time hours, including some evenings and weekends. Training will be provided.
You must be computer literate and flexible with regards to shifts. Key responsibilities: Processing documents. Opening and sorting post. Typing and checking correspondence.
Identify and log new complaints on the customer feedback database system. Respond to e-mails from other areas of the business. Feedback any incorrect escalations to the call centre. Complete check lists to ensure all jobs are complete Accurate administration of Financial Ombudsman Service File Requests, track receipt, action and close.
Ensure that you (and any direct reports) are meeting customers' fair and reasonable expectations and provide fair outcomes. Question and challenge peers and managers where processes and procedures do not meet these expectations and any activity that does not place customers' interests at the heart of how we do business. Ensure completion of all training as mandated by the company and regulated by the FCA. Ensure that direct reports and self, achieve and demonstrate levels of competence required to fulfil job requirements.
