We have 2 positions available on our Hardware department.
The 1st position is for 25 hours per week, 5 hours a day, 5 days out of 7, including evenings and weekends on a rota basis.
The 2nd position is for 12 hours per week, 4 hours Saturday, 4 hours Sunday and 4 hours during the week.
As a Customer Advisor in one of our stores you'll be on the front line of providing fantastic customer service and a great shopping experience that ensures our customers return to shop with us again and again. A positive attitude and a desire and willingness to learn is essential in this role, as you'll be expected to provide advice and sell products and project solutions to our customers. You'll have the opportunity to build your skills and work towards an NVQ Retail Skills Level 2 qualification. Working as part of a wider store team you'll have your own area of accountability, where you'll be responsible for driving sales, whilst maintaining excellent standards. Reporting into the Trading Manager, you'll support them with delivering departmental targets.
