We are currently hiring for maternity cover for one of our Lead Online Content Managers. Although there is no such thing as a typical day, some of your responsibilities will include:
Managing a team of content managers (known internally as site merchandisers)
Analysing data to identify patterns and spotting opportunities to make genuine improvements and increase category awareness with customers
Reporting on key metrics and presenting data (as well as suggested improvements/ideas) to key stakeholders
Managing key vendor relationships
Initiating and managing wider improvement projects (cross-category/locale)
Using our in-house content management system to manage product specific data, reviews and cross promotions
Improving processes
Creating and maintaining promotional and marketing calendars
Basic Qualifications
Previous experience in a related role
Strong attention to detail
Excellent time management and project management skills
Excellent written English and communication skills
A demonstrable ability to think on your feet and make smart decisions
Experience working in a fast-paced environment and an ability to learn new systems quickly
A good understanding of SEO
A passion for customer experience
Experience managing a team
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience at an online retailer
