Facebook is looking for an experienced Recruiting Manager who can help us build and scale a high performing recruiting team. As the Recruiting Manager, you will lead a highly talented team who recruits for the organizations that serve our advertisers, developers and users on a daily basis. In this fast-paced environment, you will wear many hats, providing guidance and direction in multiple functional areas. You should be comfortable with change and passionate about management and process improvement. This position is located in our London office.
The Recruiting Manager will define new strategies and tactics for identifying, engaging, and closing the best technical and non-technical candidates across the globe. They will partner with the business to determine their key needs and invent new recruiting strategies as Facebook continues to its next level of growth.
Develop and execute a strategic approach to achieve staffing goals & deliver on target staffing plans
Manage full cycle recruiting process across for technical and non-technical roles
Build and manage a team of talented recruiters/sourcers/coordinators.
Scale the recruiting team by driving key automation and productivity initiatives.
Partner with managers and their teams across the business to understand their business need and hire the right talent to fill their role and scale as Facebook evolves.
Build out and manage back-end recruiting operations capabilities, including sourcing, screening, and coordination functions.
Implement efficient, scalable recruiting business processes which support Facebook’s rapid growth.
Create innovative programs, events and campaigns to help hire the best people, including innovative use of facebook.com itself.
Provide leadership, inspiration and coaching to the recruiting teams.
Continue to build out and manage a strong bench of star recruiters, sourcers and coordinators across the organization.
Lead hiring and career development for a recruiting team of smart, highly ambitious professionals across a variety of recruiting roles.
Partner with the rest of the People team to provide excellent strategic partnership and guidance, as well as to execute programs and initiatives for internal clients with unmatched speed and quality.
Demonstrated success of building and managing high performing recruiting team in fast-paced environment.
10+ years of experience including at least 3 years of people management.
Technical and non-technical recruiting experience in a high-growth, fast-paced, and changing environment.
Ability to effectively operate with high energy and flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment.
Proven analytical ability. Excellent analytical and metrics skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
Ability to partner with senior leadership.
Ability to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally.
