Mobile multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer urgently required for this maintenance/FM division based in London region.
You will be an established Multi-skilles Maintenance Engineer with proven experience of;
PPM
Lift, fire alarm maintenance
Management of ISO quality procedures
Maintenance schedules
Site inspections
Lighting checks
Fire alarm testing
Undertake minor repairs
Take part in call-out rota
Liaise with the FM helpdesk
Maintenance of the permit to access system
assist M&E sub-contractor labour, H&S. General day-to-day maintenance issues.
Preferably hold 17th Edition Electrical or an alternative mechanical qualification.
Hours; 7am - 4pm
£26 - 28k plus van
