Manages a Professional Services team and the P&L of the team. Supports the Sales team in sizing and scoping projects and selling services to customer. Prepare project estimates, Statements of Work (SOW) and work plans that meet client needs while ensuring Antenna goals of project profitability and quality are met. Manage projects to agreed timeframes and budget. Ensure client satisfaction with Antenna Software Professional Services.
Manage the costs and deliverables for a group of billable of Professional Services Architects, Project Managers, Consultants and Engineers.
Guide team from product implementation to customization requests and respond to issues arising from these implementations and requests
Identify and generate business/revenue through the relationship with sales team, partners and sub-contractors
Create bid pricing for customers based on project scope, resources and complexity
Write implementation procedures based on best practices to ensure repeatability, consistency and quality
Accurately analyze revenue forecast based upon anticipated customer projects and estimate resource requirements to deliver the forecasted revenue stream.
Estimate delivery costs/pricing for new Antenna products
Participate in Business Development cycle by understanding client needs, preparing work plans and estimates and write SOWs
Help achieve customer satisfaction through managing on-time and on-budget completion of projects
Provide mentoring to team and work to resolve both technical and administrati ve issues
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE
Undergraduate Degree preferably in Computer Science
10 plus years of experience in service delivery within a software environment, preferably with experience with mobile data or applications
Proven experience in the implementation of software systems
Expert level experience in program management, project management and conflict management skills
Expert level experience in managing to time and cost deliverables
Proven experience and expert skills in creating accurate statements of work (SOWs)
Demonstrated ability to effectively work cross functionally and work with all levels of management
