Very well regarded Pensions team, integral to the Employment and Incentives group aims to attract a number of developing pension lawyers.
The team advise on all aspects of pensions law, regulation and practice to trustees, sponsoring employers of pension schemes and corporates/investors. Matters span from ongoing pension related work to projects such as scheme mergers, changes to future benefits, pension and pension related litigation.
With regard to level the firm have a completely open mind with regard to post qualification experience; however it is thought that a pensions lawyer with less than 18 months solid pensions experience would not have the required level of experience to complete your case load in this real centre of pension excellence.
Prospects for progression are excellent.
