Business Monitor International is looking for an experienced and highly organised administrator to provide day-to-day administration support to their high-paced global Sales Team. Reporting directly to the Deputy Head of Sales, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing integral support to the team throughout the sales cycle as well as assisting the Client Services team and performing-ad hoc duties for the Global Head of Sales
Job Spec
Administration systems support
Maintenance of Client Relations Management database
Assisting with: email marketing campaigns, lead origination, product announcements to clients and prospects
Accounting and Invoicing support
Administration support to global sales Director
Coordinating sales team travel arrangements
Day-to-day coordination with global sales offices
Coordination of sales team expense reconciliation
Dealing with courier/postage
Additional ad-hoc duties as required
Candidate Spec
No degree necessary – minimum A-Level (Maths, Computer Sciences preferable)
Minimum 6 months – 1 year of corporate office management / secretarial experience required
Strong computer skills required – particularly with Excel
Experience with using databases a bonus
Experience with accounting systems a bonus
Highly organised with an ability to multi-task
Well presented and efficient
Salary - c. £23,000
Location – Blackfriars, City of London EC4V
