A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join the Wallis Retail HR Team as Retail HR Assistant.

Supporting the team across all aspects of HR including Resourcing, Employee Relations and L&D, you'll need first class administration skills, retail knowledge and a passion for HR.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the recruitment process for all retail management roles, including loading vacancies onto Peoplebank, initial CV screening and liaising with Area and Branch Management
- Send out offer packs for new management starters and secondments
- Conduct management health checks and leaver interviews and cascade information to Regional HRM's
- Liaise and arrange placements for Fashion Retail Academy with support from HRM (South) and HR Adviser
- Maintain all resourcing processes including logs and ensure weekly and monthly reports are kept up to date Employee Relations
- Answer general queries from management and Sales Advisors over the telephone and by email
- Prepare consultation packs and manage the redundancy process including all admin
- Support the HR Advisor on LTS case management and complete all admin
- Maintain all ER logs L&D
- Coordinate equipment and venues for training courses
- Produce training packs and handouts
- Book required travel
- Send out invites to training courses and collate feedback after Other
- General administration including filing and the opening and distribution of post
- Team meeting co-ordination, room booking and taking minutes
- General typing and support to Retail HR Team

- Ability to organise and prioritise your own workload
- Commitment, drive and self motivation
- PC literate e.g. Word (including Mail Merge), Excel and PowerPoint
