Our client, based in the City currently has a new position for a graduate PA to hit the ground running and provide a professional and proactive senior admin function to the Directors, support the sales and maketing function through direct interaction with clients.
Provide seamless PA support to the Directors including meeting and diary maangement and assiting them in various projects.
Management of the sames admin process - preparing presentations, pitches and contracts.
Liaising with clients regarding enquiries and proposals.
Manage the CRM database.
Preparing reports - weekly and monthly in oc-orindation with meetings.
The ideal candidate will be efficient, enthusiastic and be able to provide a high level of PA support. You will be able to work accurately and quickly and deal with tight and conflicting deadlines.
Excellent communication skills - oral and written.
Able to work in a fast paced, professional environment.
Excellent level of MS office.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
