Development and management of a reporting framework which clearly attributes value across all digital marketing channels
Delivery of key online marketing projects
Marketing campaigns for all TUI sub brands - Cruise, Flights, Sensatori, Holiday Villages, Splashworld, Twentys etc
Localised marketing campaigns to support reliance on 3rd parties distribution strategy
Production and analysis of key online marketing metrics - KPIs
Production of competitor benchmarking and market trends
Strengthening of existing media owner relationships
Working closely with the brand marketing team, management of the representation of the TUI Travel brands in the online space through advertising
Supporting management a roster of online marketing agencies to support objectives
Development and management of a reporting framework which clearly attributes value across all digital marketing channels
Collaboration with offline marketing team to ensure we have co ordinate marketing plan that will deliver company objectives
What We're Looking For
Degree educated, ideally in business or equivalent
3 yrs in a online marketing environment
Good communicator with internal and external departments
Strong analytical skills
Must be flexible to adjust in a fast changing environment
Very organised
Highly numeric
Ability to work under pressure
Excellent oral and written communicator
