Opportunity to join a long established multi-million pound turnover giftware and housewares organisation. We are looking for an experienced National Account Developer to develop new accounts and manage some existing accounts within 2nd tier national accounts, those with up to 100 stores.SALARY: £35,000 basic, OTE £40,000 - £45,000 + car, pension scheme and private health.LOCATION: You will work from an office in the Kent/SE London area when not out on appointments nationally. You could live in Kent, Surrey, Essex, SE London, Rochester, Dartford, Tonbridge, Otford, Dagenham, Romford, Brentwood, Gravesend, Croydon, Guildford, Leatherhead, RedhillEstablished for 40 years this is an opportunity to join a stable and long established organisation supplying giftware and housewares to the gift, card, jewellery and garden centres trade.Their products are designed by an in-house team and manufactured overseas to meet their requirements. The product range includes figurines, souvenirs, novelties, jewellery, decorative glassware, photo frames, giftware, gift stationery and housewares.You will be allocated several accounts to be managed and developed according to your current experience but you will also be required to open up and work with new multiple accounts such as garden centre chains, jewellery and houseware chains, mail order accounts etc.Your role will involve national travel to meet up with Head Office Buyers but when you are not in front of clients you will be based in the office in the Kent, SE London area as the role involves close interaction with other departments within the organisation.We are looking for a high calibre experienced key/national account managers currently selling gift/housewares to multiple accounts and based in an accessible area of the South East.
