Assistant Group Worker
Brodrick House is a home providing medium to long term residential care for up to four young people between the ages of 11 and 18 years who display emotional and behavioural demands, and may have experienced a breakdown of their previous foster placements.
The Assistant Group Worker role will involve providing direct care and support to children and young people, working in line with Ofsted requirements; and providing opportunities for young people to develop independence skills and participate in a range of activities.
You will be based in Eastbourne, with the expectation that you can work across all group homes if required. The post includes weekend working and sleeping-in duties which attracts additional pay and salary increments.

Hours of work: 37 hours per week
Working pattern: Full-time rolling shift.

Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is part-time or term-time only.
