Multinational, big ticket, high volume industrial component distribution, supply chain, logistics solutions provider seeks dynamic Asia Pacific Vice President / Sales Director to be based in China.
BASIC: Circa £100,000
ADDITIONAL BENEFITS: Bonus; typically up to 40% of basic + driver and car, Commensurate with Senior Position + Full Ex Pat package.
LOCATION: Position will be based in Suzhou (Near Shanghai) China - Full Ex Pat package and relocation will be included

JOB SPECIFICATION: Vice President Sales - APAC - Component Distribution to OEM`s
As a member of the senior management team the Vice President Sales - APAC will be a key player in strategy, policy, planning and budget formulation across the APAC region. With 4 direct reports (Business Unit Directors/Country Manager), managing a growing sales team, and heavily involved in the commercial and operational teams. Turnover for this region is exploding rapidly and forecast to be $100m in the short term. This is a senior and pivotal role in the company. Reporting to the Senior Vice President you will be leading from the front in leading and motivating the management team to exceed annual business targets and maximising organisational effectiveness.
REQUIREMENTS: International Sales Director - High Value Components to OEM`s in APAC
You will have a proven and consistent track record of success in a Senior Sales Management or operational role at Director level in industrial or engineering OEM markets within the APAC Region. Ideally you will have experience in high volume component supply on a just-in-time basis and associated supply chain issues.
