Responsible for ensuring that production of construction documents are in concert with design intent.
Responsible for project schedules and budgets.
Resolves complex technical/design issues and provides guidance to team.
Coordinates activity and communication between project team, sub-contractors and other disciplines.
Knowledge of building codes and structures.
Experience in architectural practice with management experience in leading project teams.
Full knowledge of architectural principles/practices. Good communication and management skills.
Must be a licensed architect.
