This company specialises in sourcing participants for paid market research. Created in 2008, by highly experienced qualitative interviewers and project managers, the company have already established themselves as a valuable partner to a large number of market research agencies and end users across the UK, Europe and the US. Their clients count on them for their ability to offer a wide range of qualitative data collection methods, deliver creative solutions and recruit quality participants quickly and effectively.
They are a very fast growing company with a relaxed yet motivated atmosphere (no suits here!). They are running on average 20 projects at any one time, which have a very quick turnaround (around 2 weeks at a time).
The company are centrally located (right opposite the Royal Pavilion) and enjoy a very relaxed office environment. They are a small team, very welcoming and enjoy having friendly (yet hard working) positive atmosphere.
As part of the role, the Project Co-ordinator may be required to support a number of projects managed by various Project Managers.
On a day to day basis the suitable person will speak to members of the public (either B2B or B2C) offering the opportunity to take part in a paid research event (which is always very well received). They invite participants to take part in a variety of different research discussions - group discussions, telephone interviews or face to face interviews.
An element of event management is required ensuring all participants arrive/take part and that the logistics of the project are handled well (venue booking, staffing, catering etc.)

On a day to day basis the suitable person will be recruiting respondents in to research discussions as well as managing a team of fieldwork co-ordinators and UK wide network of recruitment partners. Ensuring projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.
They are looking for someone that is confident on the telephone and enjoys working under pressure, highly motivated and career driven.
