We are looking to appoint a Human Resources Assistant to work within the HR Systems team.
You will be responsible for the ongoing support and development of the Dorset Enterprise System (DES), alongside other ICT systems used by HR/Payroll. Responsibilities will include the production of reports to support colleagues across the HR service, along with statutory returns and corporate performance data.
Additionally the position will support the HR officer with systems development planning, testing, and guidance production. You will require excellent IT skills, particularly in the use of Microsoft Excel, and it would be desirable that they are familiar with the following SAP components;
This is a technical role that will hopefully appeal to both HR and ICT minded individuals.
HR systems work to support all areas of the HR Service, and as such, offer an excellent opportunity for an individual to be involved in a range of new and exciting projects whilst gaining a broad experience of the Service.
