The role
We have an exciting opportunity for high calibre Catering Manager to manage the day to day catering provision at this 24/6 operation. You’ll need to be commercially aware and a strong people manager. Leading by example you will set high standards and provide an excellent customer service experience.
The person
Experience within a contract catering environment
Previous supervisory or management experience
Chef experience would be an advantage
Retail experience would be an advantage
Motivated and driven
Excellent communication skills
Enthusiastic attitude
Strong commercial and financial acumen
IT literate
Flexibility to work various shifts
