Jamie's Italian Cambridge now have a fantastic opportunity for a friendly and organised Host to join their hard working reception team.
As a Jamie's Italian host you take centre stage as a key ambassador for the restaurant. You're the first to greet every guest at the door so it's essential that you make a great impression We don't take many bookings so the success of each shift relies on your ability to co-ordinate the flow of customers and when we're full, look after the queue. You'll need to be positive, articulate and extremely organised, communicating clearly and adapting to the varied needs of everyone visiting the restaurant.
Previous customer facing experience in a similar role would be a distinct advantage and the ability to stay calm and focused under pressure is essential. You'll be a key member of a motivated and successful team so you should thrive in a challenging environment where no two minutes are the same!
