My client, a major Financial Services organisation based in Edinburgh city centre is looking to put together a project team to help design and implement business critical Solvency II and Basel III projects. We are ideally looking for qualified Accountants & Actuaries to initially assist with the design of the Division's Capital Management Framework and Strategy in order to meet the needs of the ongoing Solvency II project. This will involve primarily, but not exclusively, creating processes and procedures to ensure adequate provisions are made for;
You will be a self-starter who has the ability to work in an ever-changing environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines. Furthermore, you will have the ability to work with and present to senior stakeholders across a complex set of internal customers as the embryonic nature of these projects mean that buy-in will have to be achieved from senior sponsors across the business. Candidates with previous exposure to regulatory change in an Insurance business are invited to apply along with those with specific Capital Management expertise.
