This is an opportunity to play a key role in supporting our Business Groups to deliver their required savings whilst maintaining high quality services, often through organisational reviews or new ways of working.
Responsible for delivering a number of specific organisational change projects across the council, you will provide a comprehensive HR management advisory and consultancy service to staff and management.
To succeed in this role, you will have recent extensive HR experience, preferably in local government, specifically around organisational reviews - some knowledge or experience of TUPE transfers would be helpful. Ideally CIPD qualified or equivalent, you will be able to demonstrate the enthusiasm and tenacity to propose, deliver and evaluate solutions which enable our managers to achieve their service objectives.
