We are recruiting for an established and successful accountancy firm in Nottingham. They are seeking a Semi Senior Accountant for a rewarding, client facing job. This position would be ideal for an AAT studier / qualified or an ACCA / ACA studier who is already working in practice but seeking a firm offering full study support and a friendly working environment. The firm will equally consider someone, "qualified by their experience".
The ideal candidate will have experience of working in an accountancy practice and of a client facing role. They will have experience of accounts preparation, management accounts, personal tax and corporation tax and the role will also involve VAT returns, P11d's and other ad hoc tasks.
The role will involve predominantly accounts preparation, tax computations, management accounts, liaison with clients and assistance on audits.
The role will suit a person comfortable in a client facing role who can manage a range of tasks simultaneously.
The role does offer potential for study support and for the right person to develop and progress within the organisation. A superb role with an established and supportive firm in a warm team environment. The firm provide the perfect, varied position to suit either an active studier or someone with relevant experience who is not studying.
